【About Chakras】
Chakras, a sanskrit word directly translating to 'wheel' or 'wheel of spinning energy' are circular vortexes of concentrated of energy located along the 7 points of your spinal column. Each chakura is listed below from the highest to lowest points on the body, with their associated colors (see locations in picture above):
